Summer Symposium 2010

The Conference will be held at University College, Oxford., from Monday 9 August to Wednesday 11 August. The College is in the Oxford High Street, adjacent to bus stops from London and Heathrow and a short taxi ride from the Oxford Railway Station.

Call for Papers

Anyone wishing to present a paper to the Conference should send an abstract to Rom Harré at harre@georgetown.edu before 16 July 2010.

Living Arrangements

Accommodation is in single rooms or double sets (two bedrooms with a shared sitting room). There are no en suite bathrooms but bathrooms are shared among a small number of rooms.

Provisional Costs

£ 127 per person per day plus £11 banquet supplement, even if sharing a double set.

This will cover all conference costs and 2 B and B, 2 lunches and 2 dinners. (In addition wine for 9 August £8.50 and for 10 August banquet £10). These charges are subject to VAT [Sales tax] at 17.5 %.

Total Charges per person for the meeting - £283 + ~£48 (VAT)_ = £331.
